Keith Hood

Keith is the Owner and President of Aaction Home Repairs and Restoration. He focuses on the vision of the organization as well as building relationships with our Adjusters, Property Managers and Vendors. What Keith likes most about his organization is being able to provide help to his employees and homeowners. The values that drive Keith are Hard Work, Dedication, and Honesty. While Keith is not working (very rare), he enjoys going on his boat and spending time with his family.

General Manager

Dave is our General Manager who focuses on serving others. What Dave likes most about Aaction is that he gets to work with many great people to help make a difference and add value to our vision. The value that drives Dave is the why. It’s not what we do, it’s why we do it. While Dave is not working, he lives his best life each and every day and builds memories with his family and friends.

Sheila Reed

Sheila is our Controller who focuses on all of the company’s incoming and outgoing monies. What Sheila likes most about Aaction is the team and family-oriented company, who genuinely cares about its employees and customers. The values that drive Sheila are being a Hard Worker, having Ambition, being Honest, welcoming Challenges, honoring Commitments, taking Responsibility and being Accepting of others. While Sheila is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family (especially her 5 grandbabies), traveling, going to the beach and watching football.

Travis Hood

Travis is the Sales Manager who focuses on the company’s numbers daily. What Travis likes about working at Aaction is that it is his father’s business and not many people get to do that. Travis is able to see the business in its entirety that he created to provide for him and his family. Travis gets to see his handwork and dedication pay off every day. He also enjoys everyone at Aaction. The values that drive Travis are Happiness and Faith. The secret of a happy life is giving God the first part of your day, the first priority to every decision, and the first in your heart. While Travis is not working, he enjoys coaching the Glen Burnie Lacrosse team.

Rob is the Flooring Manager who focuses on all flooring needs for each project. What Rob likes most about Aaction is the new opportunities he endures each day. The value that drives Rob is Satisfaction. While Rob is not working, he enjoys cooking and trying new things.

Tony is the Business Development Manager who focuses on helping Property Managers provide quality living conditions for their tenants through attention to their construction and maintenance needs. What Tony likes most about working at Aaction is that the future shines bright as we move into new areas of service, providing exciting opportunities for everyone who works here. The values that drive Tony are Integrity and Compassion. Being a good father and a good man, and someone who helps others. While Tony is not working, he enjoys riding his motorcycle and spending time with friends. He also enjoys watching mindless TV shows with his college-aged daughter and wishing with his eldest daughter.

What Dave likes about Aaction Home Repairs and Restoration is knowing that everyone else in our office core is striving for the gold and that he is not alone! While Dave is not working, he enjoys playing his guitar and creating music.
